Subject: OVO-LACTO: Coca-Cola Cake

Coca-Cola Cake

2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar		-> Mix together

1 cup Coca-Cola
2 sticks margarine
2 tablespoons cocoa	-> Bring to a boil, add to flour mixture, blend well

Add and blend:
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Then:  Fold in 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows.  Bake in oblong pan (9"x13")
at 325F for 30-35 minutes.  Batter will be thin.

TOPPING:

1 stick margarine
7 tablespoons Coca-Cola
2 teaspoons cocoa	-> Bring to boil then add 1 box confectioner's sugar
			(xxx) and 1 cup chopped pecans

Pour over cake while mixture is hot.  Do not start making topping until cake
is out of the oven.
